Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capacity and Availability Manager to join our Service Delivery team at AutoRek. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our cloud infrastructure meets our capacity, performance, and availability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cloud resource utilization and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our Cloud Operations and Platform Engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Execute on a backlog of tasks related to analysis, reporting, and process development for resiliency and capacity management.
  • Provide capacity information to our Service Delivery and Account Management teams for customer presentations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a focus on capacity and performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to produce reports and present statistical information.
  • Experience with disaster recovery drills and ability to coordinate and report on these activities.
  • Knowledge of Azure and its associated tools, including Cost Management and Azure Monitor.
