Estée Lauder - Beauty Advisor - John Lewis - 15 Hours

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at John Lewis. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized experience for each customer, and showcasing our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on makeup, skincare, and fragrance products to customers
  • Create a personalized experience for each customer, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participate in in-store events and visual merchandising to create an engaging and inspiring customer experience

Requirements:

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup and skincare
  • Passion and energy to provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized experience for each customer
  • Approachable and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly across days and hours, with a focus on providing a good work-life balance
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
