About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Associate to join our team at Memery Crystal LLP. As a Tax Associate, you will play a key role in providing expert tax advice to our clients, helping them navigate complex tax laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tax advice to clients on a wide range of tax issues, including corporate and transactional taxes, double tax treaty issues, and employment tax issues.
  • Work closely with our tax team to develop and implement tax strategies that meet our clients' needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advise clients on the implications of these changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as corporate and commercial, to provide a comprehensive service to our clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, including corporate and transactional taxes, double tax treaty issues, and employment tax issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
