We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to a high net worth individual in a family office based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the principal's diary, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. They will also be involved in various ongoing projects, including research and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the principal's diary and coordinate travel arrangements, including frequent and last-minute bookings
  • Handle correspondence, including drafting and summarizing reports
  • Develop and maintain contact with third-party vendors and suppliers
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, printing, and preparing documents
  • Assist with research projects and provide support for ongoing initiatives
  • Attend high-level meetings and take minutes, following up on complex tasks
  • Handle private family and personal matters, including coordinating with multiple offices
  • Run professional and personal errands and perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience in providing high-level support to a UHNW or high-profile individual or family
  • Experience as an EA in a Family Office
  • Valid UK driving license and confident driver
  • Highly professional, well-presented, and polished
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent diary management skills and ability to handle a constantly changing schedule
  • Proven ability to anticipate problems and provide solutions
  • Reliable, honest, and trustworthy
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Excellent English – both spoken and written
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £70k-90k dependent on experience, as well as the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be happy to work on-site from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
