Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Actively contribute to enhancing the operational standards of the facility, utilizing your skills to enrich the member experience.
  • Ensure high facility standards through proactive and reactive maintenance, attention to detail, and prompt response to any issues.
  • Engage with members to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improving their experience.
  • Assist management in maintaining all Health and Safety protocols and documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Address member feedback and complaints efficiently.
  • Manage repair requests and inventory systems in accordance with operational and financial procedures.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with fellow team members.
  • Be available for out-of-hours work as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Relevant technical skills or qualifications (e.g., Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical work) are essential.
  • Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) is preferred but can be provided through training.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service.
  • Strong listening and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • A valid driving license or the ability to travel efficiently between multiple locations is essential for multi-site roles.
