About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our Food and Beverage team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests, taking orders and serving food and drinks with a smile
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Handle payments and operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a patient and friendly nature, and is able to work well under pressure. If you have previous experience in a customer-facing role, that's a bonus, but we will provide all the training you need to succeed in this role.

Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours, including straight shifts, with various hours available per 4-week period. You will receive at least your contracted hours each period and will be required to work public and bank holidays, as well as during Christmas and New Year on a rota basis.
