Job Summary:

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with operations to optimize budget through Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) and analyze and lead utilities budget for improved yield.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and support the Site Financial Controller.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for stock provisioning and lead fixed asset count coordination and reporting to the European Finance team.
  • Cost Savings and Optimization: Navigate third-party service providers to secure cost savings and lead cost analysis.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Month-end Close Activities: Perform month-end close activities in SAP and deliver monthly management reports with variance analysis.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance with accounting standards and strengthen internal controls for financial processes.
  • Financial Analysis and Decision-Making: Provide financial analysis for decision-making and collaborate with departments for financial performance.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Forecast, budget, and conduct cost analysis and review financials and manage inventory processes.
  • Internal Audit and Intercompany Transactions: Support annual audits and manage intercompany transactions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Experience: Knowledge of supply chain finance, FMCG, manufacturing, and experience with SAP/ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
