About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics and Reporting Consultant to join our EMEA Professional Services organisation at Workday (UK) Limited.

This role will work closely with our evolving reporting and analytics product portfolio, featuring exciting products such as Prism Analytics, People Analytics, and Accounting Center.

As an Analytics and Reporting Consultant, you will design, develop, and deploy analytic and reporting solutions for our customers, leveraging your expertise in core design principles, common data modeling, and reporting patterns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying analytic and reporting solutions for Workday customers.
  • Providing expert guidance to clients on resolving analytic and reporting issues associated with the Workday application.
  • Utilizing significant analytic or reporting experience in Human Resources, Financial Management, or Payroll related domains.
  • Collaborating with multiple project teams and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Delivering high-quality results on assigned schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Contributing to our customer's experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
  • Working effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment and collaborating across teams.
  • Mentoring and sharing best practices with team members.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 7+ years of data modeling experience.
  • 4+ years of Workday reporting experience.
  • 3+ years of Prism experience.
  • Understanding of UK business practices and typical reporting needs in HCM and Finance.
  • General understanding of APIs.
  • General understanding of Security/Data Governance.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner, motivated to understand various technologies used at Workday.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organisation skills.
