About the Role

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to work as Cover Supervisors in our partner schools across Westminster and Ealing. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising students during lessons and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during lessons and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Implement pre-planned lessons and activities
  • Provide support and guidance to students as needed
  • Communicate effectively with teachers and other school staff
Requirements
  • Experience working with students in a secondary school setting
  • Ability to maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
