About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup and maintenance of retail displays and fixtures within our client's stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display Setup and Maintenance: Ensure that retail displays and fixtures are set up and maintained to meet the client's merchandising standards.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: Arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: Build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience of merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Thrive having ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Training and Coaching: Experience training or coaching colleagues would be a bonus.
  • Technology: Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • Transportation: A full UK driving license and access to a car is required.
