We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Neonatal Nurse to lead our Neonatal Nursing workforce within a Tertiary Level 3 Neonatal Unit at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding leadership and management of our substantial nursing workforce.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the unit.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize unit performance.
- Current NMC Registration and a nursing-related degree.
- Significant experience within neonatal nursing and experience at Band 6 or above in a Level 3 Unit.
- Understanding of BAPM, Dinning, Workforce calculator.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate staff and manage challenging situations.
