About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Property Maintenance Operative at Right2work. As a Trainee Property Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced maintenance team in carrying out various tasks related to property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance of properties.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Develop skills and knowledge in property maintenance, including health and safety procedures.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Right2work team by providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £8.60 for 18-20 year olds and £11 for 21 year olds and over.
- The opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- Full or part-time hours available, with a minimum of 30-35 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance or property-related role is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work at heights and in confined spaces.
