About the Role

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Support Supervisor to join our team in Rotherham and Sheffield. As a Field Support Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our supported living services and ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of colleagues to provide person-centred support and help individuals gain independence in their daily lives.
  • Develop and implement support plans, conduct care needs assessments, and complete supervisions/appraisals.
  • Take part in the on-call rota and attend multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to complete reports and contribute to the day-to-day management of our services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
