Senior Instructional Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer to join our team at Instinct Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their digital learning needs and developing proposals to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end learning designs that meet client needs
  • Design and develop blended learning solutions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations
  • Utilize Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite to create interactive and engaging content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design and development
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
