A leading food manufacturer in North Wales is seeking an experienced Distribution Operations Manager to oversee the distribution of a diverse range of products to multiple channels, including grocery, export, and retail eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an annual plan to ensure seamless delivery and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage the operational elements of the business to support the sales and marketing team.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene to ensure customer orders are met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Manage courier shipping providers to meet performance metrics.
  • Oversee stock management, warehouse organization, and food traceability.
  • Lead the operational team and provide visibility of accurate management information and KPIs.
