We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Health Physician to join our innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing team. As an Occupational Health Physician, you will play a key role in the delivery of our Occupational Health services, working closely with clients to provide high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake a range of services including weekly clinics, providing Complex Case Management, Sickness Absence Management, Health Surveillance, and Safety Critical Work Medicals & Pre-Employment Assessments.
- Report directly to the Medical Director and contribute to the ongoing development of the company and service provision to clients.
- Interact with key clients and assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their clients.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in Occupational Health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
