Role Overview:
This position has been created due to an internal transition, and you will report directly to the Account Director. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and nurture a team of Retail Managers and staff across various Luxury locations, ensuring the achievement of revenue and customer satisfaction objectives. You will foster relationships with Cruise Line (CL) partners both on board and ashore, guaranteeing compliance with operational practices and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement based in Avonmouth, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office each week, along with regular travel both nationally and internationally.
Compensation Package: Competitive salary, car allowance, bonus scheme, pension plan, 4 x life assurance, healthcare benefits, and 25 days of annual leave (including a holiday shutdown).
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Management - Analyze and report on KPI metrics, including category performance. Prepare annual revenue and overhead budgets in alignment with company standards. Team Development - Mentor, develop, and evaluate Retail Managers and teams through performance reviews in collaboration with HR and Scheduling. Operational Excellence - Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to all company policies and procedures, including Retail Operations, marketing strategies, Profit Protection, IT, Finance, and best practices from Cruise Lines. Work closely with internal departments on product selection, sales performance, opportunities, and inventory management.Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated experience in multi-site or remote retail management, particularly with premium or luxury brands. Strong leadership capabilities, with a commitment to enhancing team performance. Results-oriented and competitive, while fostering a collaborative team environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. Flexible and open to change, proactively suggesting improvements where applicable.
