Digital Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team at East Anglia's Children's Hospices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that engages our audience and supports our fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a social media plan that aligns with our marketing objectives and engages our target audience.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, including text, images, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of creating engaging social media content and growing online communities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
