Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced senior staff nurse to join our Nottingham clinic as a Deputy Clinic Manager. As a key member of our team, you will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures and contribute to the quality of life for our patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Supervise and support staff with continuous professional development and training.
- Manage patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
- Provide specialized nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse with post-basic qualification in renal nursing.
- At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
