The role of Spa Customer Service Specialist involves managing the check-in and check-out processes for clients at Nirvana Spa, providing informed responses to general inquiries about spa services and memberships, and ensuring that bookings are handled with precision and efficiency.

This position presents a wonderful opportunity for individuals who possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and are eager to cultivate relationships with clients of Nirvana Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary duties for this role include:

  • Consistently provide exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately manage all aspects of spa bookings and membership administration through various communication channels.
  • Act as the first point of contact for daily challenges, client inquiries, and feedback.
  • Meet personal performance targets and departmental goals.
  • Be available to work on a flexible schedule that includes daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and diligence.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as independently, while effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach to work.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leisure-related position, particularly in membership management.
