About the Role

The Floating Branch Manager will be responsible for covering holidays, vacancies, and sickness across the area of Sussex (East/West) as a Branch Manager. This role requires a high level of expertise in estate agency and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Covering for holidays, vacancies, and sickness as a Branch Manager across the area of Sussex (East/West)
  • Providing personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service at all times
  • Motivating, inspiring, and managing a team of estate agents, running morning meetings and coaching sessions
  • Working closely with the team to download new properties and agree a suitable strategy to match potential purchasers
  • Successfully listing a targeted number of properties, advising and helping vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
  • Staying up-to-date with current market conditions and developing a reputation as an expert in the field

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £30,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
  • On Target Earnings: £45,000-£50,000
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
  • Additional Benefits: Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, plus an extra day's holiday for your birthday. Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Employee Assistance Scheme
