Drive Business Growth with Data-Driven Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Prime Video Channels team in Europe. As a key member of our business team, you will work closely with our finance and business teams to drive performance improvements by building analytical and statistical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements
  • Develop data sharing mechanisms to drive business insights
  • Create self-service tools for the team to enhance productivity
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on thorough analysis
  • Define new metrics that align with business objectives
  • Support automation processes to streamline operations
  • Lead large-scale data projects to scale the business
  • Work closely with the finance team on analyses and reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in experiment design and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in scripting for automation and advanced SQL skills
  • Knowledge of data science, machine learning, and data mining
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data extraction and transformation
  • Experience in translating data into business insights
  • Previous experience in data and business intelligence
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Quicksight

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Master's degree in statistics, data science, or related field
