We're on the hunt for a talented Head Chef to join our dynamic team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement our food strategy to drive commercial returns and enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure a safe, hygienic, and cost-effective kitchen environment that meets the highest standards.
  • Establish clear communication channels with Front of House staff to deliver seamless service.
  • Monitor and improve food quality, presentation, and value to drive guest satisfaction.
  • Review team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust staffing levels to meet budget and sales targets.
  • Adhere to food hygiene regulations, H&S procedures, and company directives.
