About the Role

  • We are seeking current or former athletes who are looking to transition into a career in Cost Management or Quantity Surveying.
  • As a trainee Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a global company that values people and is committed to their growth and development.
  • You will be enrolled in a Master's degree program to specialize in your chosen field, with one day of study per week.
  • You will need to have an undergraduate degree in any field, but a passion for the construction industry is essential.
  • You will be part of a fast-paced and growing company that offers a very competitive salary with bonus, as well as flexible working hours to ensure you can complete your training.
  • You will have access to career transition support, including a mentor, to help you navigate your new career path.
  • You will be part of a company that values an athletic mindset and has a culture that is driven by innovation and excellence.

About You

  • You must be a former professional athlete or current semi-professional athlete.
  • You must have a strong interest in the construction industry and be willing to learn and develop new skills.

  • You must be willing to commit to a career transition program that will help you achieve your goals.
