Production Operative

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate standard machinery at a basic level, with full training provided.
  • Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines, maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
  • Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times, meeting team and company-wide production targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements, enhancing our manufacturing capabilities and customer satisfaction.
