Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team at The Market Social as a Direct Marketing Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.

As a Direct Marketing Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and promotions teams by developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Design and implement customer engagement campaigns that drive sales and customer loyalty
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our existing clientele
• Represent our brand through event marketing campaigns and other promotional activities
• Act as a point person for all customer relations and provide quality customer service
• Generate leads and drive sales through effective marketing and sales strategies

Requirements:

• 0 to 1 year of customer service experience, marketing, and/or sales preferred but not required (we offer paid training)
• Student mentality and a willingness to learn and grow with our company
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
