Job Summary

Parker Drilling is seeking a highly skilled Tubular Inspector to join our team. As a Tubular Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our tubular products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct visual inspections and code tools in accordance with company procedures.
  • Mark defective areas of parts or products and prepare inspection reports.
  • Configure and operate computerized inspection equipment.
  • Responsible for general housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Cover for Inspection Supervisor as required.
  • Perform additional duties as required to fulfill company needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Not undertaking any task without proper authorization and training.
  • Maintaining the highest standard of workmanship and adhering to customer, regulatory, and specification standards.
  • Promoting good health, safety, and environmental practices throughout company activities.
  • Wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment and taking care to prevent harm to self, colleagues, and the environment.
  • Reporting hazards and shortcomings in existing controls to a superior without delay.
  • Supporting continual improvement of the integrated management system.
  • Participating in HSEQ training and attending Toolbox Talks, HSEQ meetings, and trainings as required.
  • Authority to stop operations or delivery of product in case of an immediate risk of harm to personnel or environmental pollution and damage to property.
Education and Experience

Candidates should have a strong background in quality assurance, non-destructive testing, or a related field. Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
