Senior Nursery Room Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Twickenham Teddington Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve outcomes for children.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff, and parents.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager, or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, parents, and children.
- A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the ability to implement it effectively.
- Ability to work flexibly and be part of a dynamic team.
