Job Title: Apprentice Family Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic GP to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As an Apprentice Family Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time salaried GP position, offering a competitive salary, NHS pension, and medical indemnity fees. You will be working in a GP-led, patient-centered surgery with a focus on innovation and nurturing talent.

Main Responsibilities
  • Telephone triage and face-to-face appointments
  • Share of on-call duties
  • Share of administrative tasks
  • Attendance at clinical meetings
Our Practice

We are a 24,700 patient GMS practice using the EMIS clinical system. Our team includes 12 doctors, 4 first-contact Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 2 Practice Nurses, and 3 Health Care Assistants. We offer a range of services, including Specialist Minor Surgery, Nurse-led Chronic Disease Management, and Minor Illness with first-contact Advanced Nurse Practitioners.

  • You will be registered with the GMC and have completed a specialist training course in General Practice.
