About the Role

We are seeking a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with project costs, agreeing costs with sub-contractors, and preparing valuations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project costs and ensure accurate records are maintained
  • Agree costs with sub-contractors and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare valuations and attend meetings with the main contractor
  • Ensure final account payments are received in accordance with the contract
  • Attend monthly commercial meetings and contribute to the company's commercial strategy
Requirements
  • Currently in education in Quantity Surveying or a similar degree
  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not essential
