Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to ensure a seamless experience.
- Order Management: Process customer repair orders, track progress, and keep customers updated on their order status.
- Liaison: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide tailored support and meet their needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proactive, customer-focused, and able to build strong relationships with customers.

Package
- Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
- Monday to Friday Schedule: 9am - 5:30pm (2x 15-minute breaks, plus 30-minute lunch)
- Annual Leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service)
