Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team at Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve fleet utilization.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source new vehicles and equipment.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage fuel card programs and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Coordinate with HR to process employee fault damage payback and other related matters.
  • Manage PCN and speeding fines, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fleet management, with a minimum of 40 vehicles under management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
