We are seeking Cover Facilitators for secondary education institutions who can provide support on an as-needed basis, stepping in for absent educators.

Our partner institutions are particularly interested in candidates with a solid understanding of behavior management and the ability to adhere to institutional policies, ensuring a stable learning environment for students.

For those new to this position, training opportunities will be provided. TeacherActive collaborates with numerous secondary educational establishments and is actively looking for Cover Facilitators to enhance our network with reliable and skilled personnel.

Our Cover Facilitators play a crucial role in educational settings, whether on a daily, long-term, or permanent basis.

The responsibilities of a Cover Facilitator do not include lesson planning or preparation; however, strong communication and classroom management abilities are essential.

Key Qualifications:
• Experience in educational settings or with children in similar capacities
• Flexibility to work across various departments and age groups on a daily basis
• A dedicated team of consultants available around the clock to assist with a seamless onboarding process
