Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out EICR checks, repairing and replacing electrical fittings, diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults, and ensuring compliance with our Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Customer Service, and Performance Policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out EICR checks for social housing clients
  • Repair and replace electrical fittings
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Travel to various locations as required

Requirements

  • Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, with testing and inspection certification
  • Experience working in a social housing environment, with a full set of tools and qualifications (NVQ 3 and Testing and Inspection 2391 or Equivalent)
  • Driving license essential
  • Ability to complete EICRs and inspection and testing experience
