About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Tribepost Ltd. As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service to clients, both internally and externally
  • Deal with general enquiries, face-to-face, via phone, and email
  • Carry out procedures related to the day-to-day running of a busy agency
  • Produce works orders for contractors
  • Action website enquiries
  • Book viewings, valuations, and check-ins into the diary
  • Complete viewing call backs within 24 hours of viewings
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is submitted and logged
Requirements
  • Fully proficient in all matters of compliance, including residential, commercial sales, and lettings, and office compliance
  • Fully proficient with Vebra Alto in Sales, Rentals, Accounts, and experienced with Inventory Hive software
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Business insurance
