Eximius Law is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Insurance Lawyer to join our team. As a Corporate Insurance Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising our clients on a wide range of corporate insurance matters, including acquisitions, part VII transfers, regulatory matters, joint ventures, capital rankings, securitisation of insurance risks, insurance derivatives, reinsurance, product design, outsourcing of insurance services, insurance distribution agreements, and matters involving Lloyd's of London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on corporate insurance matters, including acquisitions and joint ventures
  • Assist with regulatory matters, including part VII transfers and capital rankings
  • Work with clients to design and implement insurance products
  • Provide guidance on insurance derivatives and reinsurance
  • Collaborate with clients to outsource insurance services
  • Assist with insurance distribution agreements and matters involving Lloyd's of London

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate insurance law
  • Strong understanding of corporate insurance matters, including acquisitions and joint ventures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
