CDM Advisor Opportunity

Brandon James Ltd is seeking an experienced CDM Advisor to join their team in Scotland. As a leading national multi-disciplinary consultancy, we offer a wide range of projects across various sectors, including retail, industrial, hospitality, and education.

The Role

As a CDM Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 across a variety of projects. This will include providing expert advice to clients and design teams, conducting site visits, reviewing health and safety documentation, and fulfilling the role of Principal Designer where required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients and design teams on CDM Regulations 2015
  • Conduct site visits and review health and safety documentation
  • Fulfill the role of Principal Designer where required
  • Work closely with clients to mitigate risk from the design stage through to project completion
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a CDM Advisor or Principal Designer role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations
  • Previous experience working within a consultancy environment is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, designers, and contractors
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Scotland
