This position involves a variety of complex and stimulating cases, including defense against claims made by professional service providers, navigating insurance policy coverage, and addressing disputes across sectors such as construction, property damage, cyber risks, and aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a diverse caseload with a proactive approach
  • Assist senior partners in managing their workload
  • Draft comprehensive reports, correspondence, and legal documents
  • Advise on liability and coverage matters
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and other relevant parties
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
  • Contribute to business development initiatives
  • Mentor and train junior members of the team
  • Uphold the values and standards of the firm

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years PQE in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in insurance litigation and policy evaluation
  • Expertise in handling professional risk claims for solicitors and barristers
  • Familiarity with commercial insurance policies and market trends
  • Prior experience with insurance companies is advantageous
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
