Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely estimates for drylining projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to develop comprehensive project proposals.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and pricing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives to maximize project profitability.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Drylining Estimator within the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
