Handepay Merchant Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our fast-paced payments industry, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business through self-sourced leads and cold calling
  • Conduct in-depth business reviews with customers to understand their needs and tailor our solutions
  • Present our market-leading proposition and negotiate business contracts with new customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, signing 10-12 new customers per calendar month
Requirements:
  • Proven success in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate and influence
  • Resilience in overcoming objections and maintaining a positive outlook
  • Result-oriented, with a focus on maximizing opportunities through referrals, networking, and relationship-building
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and common customer success software
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of £33,000
  • A £4,800 car allowance and 25p per mile fuel
  • An uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £65k, top achievers earning £100k+
  • Quarterly and annual incentives, with a total value of an additional £16,000
