We are seeking a talented IT Systems Engineer to become part of a prominent healthcare organization. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional and cost-efficient IT System and Cloud services to all stakeholders within the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving systems and server environments to guarantee service availability, reliability, scalability, performance, and recovery.

Key Skills Required

  • Expertise in maintaining server hardware and infrastructure for peak performance.
  • Strong background in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments.
  • Proficient in administering and configuring Active Directory services.
  • Skilled in utilizing virtualization technologies for enhanced server and application efficiency.
  • Experience in overseeing storage technologies to ensure effective and secure data management.
  • Knowledgeable in implementing and managing Azure cloud services, both public and private.
  • Familiarity with managing data center operations to ensure reliability.
  • Capable of developing and executing backup strategies to protect data.
  • Understanding of network technologies to ensure secure and robust connectivity.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance and support tasks for all server and system infrastructure.
  • Perform regular system upgrades and maintenance activities.
  • Develop and maintain IT Systems policies, procedures, and related documentation.
  • Manage and resolve incidents and issues related to systems.
  • Provide high-level support for the organization's central infrastructure and critical business systems.
  • Assist in the implementation of significant server, system, and cloud-based projects and changes.
  • Ensure the achievement of defined server infrastructure objectives.
  • Engage actively in escalations within the IT Service Delivery team as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to IT Service Management processes and practices within the IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
  • Evaluate and propose innovative system technologies and solutions that align with strategic technology and business goals.
