Job Title: Senior Consultant - Real Estate Consulting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate team in Birmingham. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering CDM and H&S consultancy services to our clients, providing expert advice and ensuring consistent delivery of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges
  • Provide expert advice on CDM and H&S management
  • Act as Principal Designer and help clients manage and understand their legal responsibilities
  • Manage all commissions to ensure client expectations and business management system requirements are met
  • Carry out H&S performance reviews, audits, and support others as needed
Requirements:
  • Creative thinker with extensive knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations
  • Experience of a diverse range of industry sectors desired, with a proven ability to meet client needs
  • Full UK driving licence and GradIOSH or equivalent
  • Membership of the APS desired
