Join Our Team of Care Professionals

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team of Care Professionals at Home Instead Bromley. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly clients to remain independently living at home.

About the Role

As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing companionship, helping with personal care, and assisting with mobility around the home. You will also oversee medication and provide medical support, as well as help with light housework such as cleaning and vacuuming. Additionally, you will prepare and cook meals, and run errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with mobility around the home, including transfers and walking
  • Oversee medication and provide medical support
  • Assist with light housework, including cleaning and vacuuming
  • Prepare and cook meals
  • Run errands, including food shopping and picking up prescriptions
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13-£14.15, with double pay on bank holidays. We also provide mileage at 34p per mile, as well as a Blue Light Discount Card and a Refer a Friend Scheme with a £350 bonus. Our Care Assistants also receive comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development training, as well as recognition through our Care Awards and company events.

Location

We require Care Assistants to cover the following areas: Bromley, Orpington, Petts Wood, Chislehurst, West Wickham, and Beckenham.
