Executive Chef

Job Overview:

A prestigious 3* Hotel in Hinckley is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef to work in a supportive environment with a focus on fresh food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook fresh dishes for events and à la carte dining
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
• Contribute to menu planning and development
• Ensure a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Ability to work a 4-day week with 40 hours per week
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
