Security Architect

La Fosse is seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, design, and governance of our security architecture.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement end-to-end security architecture to support IT security/identity management across the enterprise.
- Develop and maintain security/IAM architecture for IT projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical leadership to solution designers and development teams.
- Contribute to the security architecture roadmap and provide key input for business cases and proposals.
- Ensure technical infrastructure designs are consistent with security standards and policies, and participate in audit and compliance processes related to security/IAM solutions.
- Extensive experience in security/identity concepts and demonstrated expertise in security architecture and design.
- Proven experience in IDAM architecture and design, with a strong background in developing solutions across web, mobile, middleware, networks, cloud, and OT environments.
- Expertise in architecting security/identity models in line with industry standards, with strong technical and architectural documentation skills.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities, with experience in technical requirements analysis and strategic planning.
- Proven experience in managing identity and security solutions for internal, external, and third-party access, with familiarity with contemporary deployment methodologies.
