About the Role

As a Care Worker with Alina Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering our award-winning Home Care services. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks that will make a real difference to the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication and provide reminders to ensure our clients take their medication as prescribed.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, taking into account any dietary requirements or restrictions.
  • Conduct light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying.
  • Accompany clients on errands and outings, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Help clients with mobility, such as getting in and out of bed, using the bathroom, or walking.

  • Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle, to enable you to travel to clients' homes.
  • The right to work in the UK.
