We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Meet & Greet Customer Service Operative at a Morrisons store in the Fort William area.
About the Role:
- As a Meet & Greet Customer Service Operative, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the store, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- You will be responsible for ensuring customers are greeted and directed to the relevant areas of the store, providing information on current sales and promotions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer service standards are met, and that the store is presented in a clean and welcoming manner.
- You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
- Ensure the store is presented in a clean and welcoming manner, including maintaining a tidy and organized work environment.
- Provide information on current sales and promotions, and direct customers to the relevant areas of the store.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
- Be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work, including working a variety of shifts and being available to work at short notice.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use a range of technology systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
