Morson Talent is partnering with a leading automotive company to recruit skilled Composite Laminators to contribute to the production of advanced composite components for motorsport and aerospace applications.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for preparing composite materials and moulds for lamination, hand lay-up of pre-preg composite materials, ensuring the correct orientation and number of plies for each component, and vacuum bagging components and checking for leaks.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience as a Composite Laminator in the motorsport, aerospace, or related industries, familiarity with composite materials and processes, proficiency in composite layup techniques and autoclave processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality, defect-free components.
