Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer orders and requests accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct proactive promotional calling to customers and prospects to maximise sales growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
