About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at an exceptional Ofsted Outstanding school in Bromley. As a PMLD SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of children with complex needs, providing personal care, supporting students in their learning, and working closely with a team of passionate educators to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to students with PMLD
  • Support students in their learning and development
  • Work closely with a team of educators to ensure student success
  • Contribute to a nurturing environment that promotes student well-being
Requirements
  • A warm and caring individual with a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant is appreciated, but those with a background in care homes or healthcare are equally welcome to apply
